Erin Scholtes is a seasoned professional with a varied background spanning psychology, logistics, administrative support, and systems integration. Erin Elizabeth Scholtes earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Arkansas, graduating with honors and focusing on early childhood and adolescent development.
Erin Elizabeth Scholtes began her career as an IT recruiter with GDH Consulting, where she supported hiring efforts for companies including Walmart and Cisco. She later worked in systems integration at the University of Arkansas, managing a financial donor system migration. She has also worked as an account representative for ABF Freight Systems, where she handled clients such as Amazon and Toys "R" Us, and most recently served as office administrator with L&S Supply, Inc., a company she co-founded. In that role, she helped coordinate the distribution of natural gas and oil products to clients in the energy and government sectors.
Outside of work, Erin Scholtes enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing, and long-distance running, and has completed several half-marathons. She traveled to Machu Picchu in 2023, where she explored holistic healing practices, and frequently visits national parks with her husband and twin boys.
